Hi,
thank you very much for your interest. Our Aloaha PDF Reader is already portable and does not require any installation. So I guess you can just copy it on your PortableApps stick.
In case the PortableApps are using a special wrapper you are free to wrapp up the portable Aloaha PDF Viewer.

Is it possible to add file attachments to PDF documents?
May 12th, 2012 on 10:59 am
Sure, you can add document and page attachments to the PDF document.
To add a document attachment just go to “Document -> Insert File Attachment”
To add an attachment to a specific page just right click on the page and choose “Edit -> Insert File Attachment”. For page attachments a “Hotspot” will be created on the page!

Can I use the Aloaha PDF Reader to read out the text of a page or selection? If yes how do I do that?
TIA
May 14th, 2012 on 5:43 pm
Yes, to read a page you need just to choode “Read Loud” from the Page menu. To read just a selection you need to select first something. Keep the left mouse button pressed, move the mouse and release the left mouse button. You will now see a box. This box can be moved around if it is not positioned properly. To read the selection just right click inside the box and choose “Read Loud”

I am not always happy with the quality if I create a PDF directly from the contents of the Clipboard. Is there something I need to consider to get better richtext2pdf results?
May 21st, 2012 on 2:09 pm
Thank you very much for your interest in our product. I assume that you use the portable PDF Reader. That reader contains a stripped down version of the rtf2pdf engine. The quality is not always perfect then. But we need to do that to keep the footprint small.
You get better results if you install the Aloaha PDF Suite (even the freeware Version). It contains a better rtf2pdf engine and the portable PDF Viewer will use that when the PDF Suite is installed.

both Dropbox download links don’t work for me.
Can the viewer be configured so that embedded Flash and JavaScript is not executed?
